Vice President of Business Attraction
Keith Lambert is a driven and passionate economic development professional, who lives and breathes improving human progress through economic development.
Prior to accepting the role of Vice President of Business Attraction at LEAP, Keith led the business recruitment program for Charleston County Economic Development in South Carolina, where he employed innovative and data-driven tools to maximize business attraction results. During his time in Charleston, Keith also gained experience with targeted attraction missions across the United States and Europe, focused on building relationships with prospective companies and elevating Charleston in other markets and the global realm.
Before his time in South Carolina, Keith served the better part of three years as LEAP's Tri-County Development Manager, where he worked to foster stronger relationships throughout Lansing's tri-county area while working on a dynamic slew of projects ranging from crowd funded creative placemaking in public spaces, to incentivized high job creation/investment business expansions, and coordination of a federally funded brownfield redevelopment program.
Keith is a proud Spartan, with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from MSU’s James Madison College, an additional major in Economics, and a specialization in International Political Economy.
Keith is excited to be bringing his talents back to LEAP to benefit the tri-county region.
