Project Green - Due April 26

Growing food processer seeking 40,000-150,000 square feet of existing industrial space to accommodate market expansion. Company will consider multi-tenant location and build to suit on vacant land, but would prefer a stand alone existing building.  They would prefer to lease, but will buy for the right price. The company plans to create between 25-100 jobs at an average wage of $15 per hour.  The proposed investment is between $10-$20 million.  Space must include the following attributes:

• At least 20 feet ceilings
• 2 existing docks
• Electric of 600 AMPS/480 Volts
• Minimum of 50 parking spaces
