Emma Bostwick (she/her) serves as the region’s Director of Business Ecosystem Development at LEAP in the Regional Growth Department. She assists businesses looking to integrate into the local community. Emma’s main focuses include child care, housing, public transit, talent acquisition and workforce development. In this role, Emma works as a community liaison to connect businesses to existing resources and to further support the existing community infrastructure in the Lansing Region.

In 2018, Emma completed her associate degree in Political Science from Lansing Community College and in 2020 graduated with a degree in Social Relations and Policy from James Madison College of Public Affairs at Michigan State University. Throughout her career, Emma has had a wide range of experience working in the public and private sectors.

Emma, originally born and raised in Flint, recently moved back to the Lansing area. When not working, Emma enjoys playing soccer, reading, and consuming an exorbitant amount of coffee from local cafes.
