What is your business/idea?
I am the owner and only employee so far. I run a Professional Mobile Hair and nail service business. I visit my clients at their home to provide these services.
What inspired you to start a business?
I always knew I would be a business owner I just didn’t know when and what I would be doing. In 2020 I had already been a hairdresser for 10 years and noticed people were afraid to go into the salons because of the pandemic so I decided to follow covid precautions and to bring the customer one on one services so they could feel safe.
How did you get to the point you are today with this business/idea?
One day at a time. I have changed my vision and my plan along this journey but I work hard and i pay attention to what works and what doesn’t.
What is your vision for the future of your business?
My vision for the future of my business is for it to be big. My next step is my husband going to barber college and then taking on some clients and then when the business grows even more I want a brick and mortar but I will still offer the Mobile services for those that are homebound or just want to be home.
What goals do you hope the One and All program will help you achieve?
I am hoping to improve my communication skills, learn how to use a computer to be able to properly do the things i may need to use a computer for, marketing, networking, I overall just want to be a better person and with this program I’ll be a better business woman which will help with my growth as a person overall.
