Donald Lovell is the owner and founder of Trouble Shooters Technical Support (TSTS) a strategic partner of choice delivering cost-effective IT solutions to effectively achieve business objectives. Donald provides both Managed Services and augmentation to IT teams for a total solution Virtual IT department. TSTS partners with companies to provide strategic IT consulting, hardware repair, help desk support, back-up and disaster recovery, and cloud migration services.

Donald started this business because he was unhappy with the direction a corporate career was going. With help and encouragement from his lovely wife, he made the decision to take that leap of faith and set out on his own—  17 years later, and he’s never looked back once!

Why Lansing?

I came to Lansing to attend MSU and never left. Decided Lansing was a place were I could stake my flag and make a name for myself.
