About Doug
Doug Roberts, Jr., is the Director of Stakeholder Relations for Consumers Energy. While in this role he led a cross functional team designed to support small business customers. He has also served as Director of Business Customer Care where we managed a team of 30 account managers who were responsible for providing service to business customers. Prior to that he worked as Director of State Government Affairs where he represented the company at the State Capitol in Lansing. Doug has been at Consumers Energy since 2011.
Consumers Energy is a Fortune 500 company, headquartered in Jackson, Michigan. The company provides service to 6.7 million of Michigan’s 10 million residents serving in all 68 Lower Peninsula Counties.
