About Michele

I want to start a business so I can do something I believe in and feel passionate about that will simultaneously allow me to become financially independent and hopefully, eventually replace my disability income with income from self-employment. The idea behind Blisswaves of Sound, LCC first germinated about a decade ago, and is inspired by my own personal experience with the power of music and sound to alter consciousness and offer a path to self-transformation, and my desire to share this experience with others.

I plan to get the business off the ground in stages, first with an online course, then adding live interactive and offline core workshops that will be offered throughout Michigan at various yoga centers and retreat venues. Eventually, I would like to offer workshops around the country, and possibly abroad as well. I also plan to implement another stream of income after the third year or so in the form of sound therapy and musical instrument sales and original and branded merchandise such as t-shirts, banners and meditation CDs. It is my hope that the One&All program will help me to learn some essential self-employment skills, effective promotion and marketing techniques and also provide access to business startup funding.
