About Mirwais

What is your business/idea?

I want to raise organic honey bees and assist local farmers with their crops using the bees. I want to make and sell honey to the community and also honey making supplies and products.

What inspired you to start a business?

This is the work of my life. I learned how to make honey and raise bees in Afghanistan from my father. I have expanded this knowledge and want to create a life here for my family.

How did you get to the point you are today with this business/idea?

I had this business in Afghanistan. I loved it! I shared my idea with my family and teachers. My teacher connected me to One and All.

What is your vision for the future of your business?

I hope to have a nice family business that is promoting healthy living to share with the Lansing community.

What goals do you hope the One and All program will help you achieve?

I need to learn about running a business in the US. I need to be connected to the beekeeping community.
