INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS, TERMS & CONDITIONS
TIME FOR RECEIVING QUESTIONS AND PROPOSALS
During the proposal preparation period, LEAP will not take individualized questions. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 11th, 2015, via EMAIL ONLY to the LEAP contact person at gabriela@purelansing.com. All questions with corresponding answers will be posted together and publicly on the LEAP website (http://goo.gl/DvVjNv) by 5:00 p.m., November 13th, 2015. There will be no further contact between the applicant and LEAP regarding this RFQP until bids are opened.
Proposals must be received in the LEAP offices by no later than Friday, November 20th, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Any proposals received after this time shall not be reviewed or considered by LEAP, without exception.
SUBMISSION
Consultants who would like to be considered should submit three (3) hard copies of one response to this RFQP in one sealed envelope and one (1) separate cost proposal in one sealed envelope. Clearly label all proposals and cost information with the company name and the project for which it is being submitted on the cover of the proposal and the outside of the cost envelope.
