About Reyna
What is your business/idea?
To have a combination of different small businesses and entrepreneurs, artists and craftspeople. Where we can feed off each other’s businesses and clientele also offer a point of pickup for artists and crafts people.
What inspired you to start a business?
I have been a stylist and beauty professional for over 20 years and never believing that I knew enough. Basically a lack of confidence in myself and then covid happened and during the shutdown I realized I only have this one life to take a chance and if I was given that chance I would take it. When I received my stimulus I saw my opportunity and I held on to it till the time was right.
How did you get to the point you are today with this business/idea?
I took my $1,400.00 and became a baller on a budget. I took that money and security place a business and created a functional beautiful environment for myself and others to work in.
What is your vision for the future of your business?
I would say most definitely expansion. If the current building that I am in offers that then I will purchase the property. If not then I will look for a bigger space for more room to grow in the same area. I see my place in this community is a resource that will also offer a food pantry and clothing closet for those in need. I will also offer a safe place for those whom are in domestic violence shelters who are in need of a makeover for going back to work or to mask their old appearance for safety.
What goals do you hope the One and All program will help you achieve?
I am hopeful to receive resources to achieve my goals networking, basic computer knowledge and bookkeeping and how to use social media to advance my business and cause.
