About Shayna
My experiences playing sports had an extreme impact on my life, personally and professionally. Simply knowing how sports can change the trajectory of one person’s life, I was driven to create TämBwoy and help other young women receive the resources they need to have their own sports experiences. I’ve received support from my family, friends and the community at the Fledge to get my business from the idea phase to a tangible business. I envision TämBwoy as one of the leading brands that creates a new narrative for girls in sports. I hope that my experience in the One&All program will help me receive the skills I need to take one more step toward the vision I have for TämBwoy.
