Emma Bostwick serves as the region’s Tri-County Development Manager at LEAP in the Business Attraction Department. She assists businesses looking to locate and expand in the tri-county region, helps retain current businesses, and manages LEAP’s placemaking programs. Among other initiatives, Emma remains the tri-county region’s advocate for growth.

In 2018, Emma completed her associate degree in Political Science from Lansing Community College and in 2020 graduated with a degree in Social Relations and Policy from James Madison College of Public Affairs at Michigan State University. Throughout her career, Emma has had a wide range of experience working in the public and private sectors. Prior to joining LEAP in the fall of 2021, Emma worked with a non-profit located in the Lansing region dedicated to early childhood education.

Emma, originally born and raised in Flint, is excited to move back to the Lansing area. When not working, Emma enjoys playing soccer, reading, and consuming an exorbitant amount of coffee from local cafes.
