Victoria Meadows is LEAP’s Vice President of Marketing and Communications. As a seasoned communications professional, with education and experience encompassing the full gamut of organizational communication, Victoria partners across the LEAP organization and community to help attract and retain business and people in the Lansing region.
Victoria started at LEAP in 2017 as our Marketing, Communications and Talent Director and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Communications in 2019.
Victoria brings 20+ years of broad communications experience including strategic communications planning and assessment, public relations, marketing, special events and program planning and coordination, stakeholder communication, social media planning and management, fundraising, website design and management, professional writing and graphic design to LEAP.
In her early career Victoria served as the Library Communications Manager at Lansing Community College (LCC) working to increase awareness of and engagement with students, faculty and staff on behalf of the Library. Victoria also served as the first Program Coordinator for One Book One LCC, LCC’s community read initiative, which has now grown into the Capital Area One Book community read program.
Victoria holds a Master of Science in Communication and a graduate certificate in strategic communication management, both from Purdue University; a bachelor's degree in professional communication from Siena Heights University; and an associate degree in graphic design from Lansing Community College.
