What is your business/idea?
I have a food truck where I sell Cuban food and desserts.
What inspired you to start a business?
My passion for baking and selling cakes.
How did you get to the point you are today with this business/idea?
I started small. At first I only made small cakes and desserts. Later on, I saw a food truck for sale so I asked the bank for a loan and started growing from there.
What is your vision for the future of your business?
I would like to own a Cuban bakery. I can picture it being a relaxing and welcoming place where people come together to have a cup of special hot chocolate with a treat.
What goals do you hope the One and All program will help you achieve?
By the end of the program, I want to be able to manage my business better. Additionally, I want to put a lot of focus in marketing since I believe it will help me grow my business.
