That’s why the Capital Area Child Care Coalition (CACCC) brings together businesses, economic development leaders, providers, and parents to create local solutions that work for everyone.

Tri-Share

The MI Tri-Share Child Care Program is a workforce development initiative in which an employee’s child care costs are shared equally  

Why should I consider joining my region’s Tri-Share program?  

Tri-Share removes barriers for employees, provides financial relief, and acts as a recruitment benefit.  

71% of surveyed participating employers indicated the program has helped employee retention.  

64% of surveyed participating employers agreed that providing Tri-Share as an employee benefit makes them competitive against other employers.
