The Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to serve as a Prominence Coach for the Elevate x Ascend Accelerator Program, a 16-week, cohort-based program supporting BIPOC-owned businesses. The selected Prominence Coach will deliver in-person workshops and virtual one-on-one coaching focused on helping participating businesses increase their visibility, credibility, and market presence, positioning them for growth opportunities, partnerships, and investment readiness.

The Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to serve as a Profitability & Capital Readiness Coach for the Elevate x Ascend Accelerator Program, a 16-week, cohort-based program supporting BIPOC-owned businesses. The selected coach will deliver in-person workshops and virtual one-on-one coaching focused on improving financial sustainability, strengthening profit margins, and supporting access to capital readiness by assisting participants in preparing complete and lenderready loan packet materials.
