About Erin
What inspired you to start a business?
I have always had inspired business ideas and wanted to have my own business since my early 20s. Back then I made jewelry at home and sold it at craft shows. I was a stay at home mom of 3 and prepared healthy food for us 3 meals a day. We went out to eat about once a week and usually felt sluggish and unsettled digestion after going out. I wondered why we couldn’t eat out and feel good too. So decided I would create a business to do just that!
What is your vision for the future of your business?
I can see a franchise for Abundance Café where different cities around the country can have access to delicious and nutritious food prepared weekly. I also see Abundance of Love Yoga and Retreats taking off and holding retreats locally and around the world for people to find more peace, love, and joy in their lives.
What goals do you hope the One and All program will help you achieve?
Developing Abundance of Love Yoga and Retreats and helping me figure out how to market and price the retreats. Also, possibly starting a franchise for Abundance Café and figuring out all the details that holds.
