About Sahnya
My name is Sahnya McKinley I am the owner and CEO of StylesBySahnya I specialize in men’s hair care I do styles like braids, retwists and twists. Right now I am trying to be an affordable option for my fellow college students and people in my city.
What inspired you to start a business?
I taught myself to braid at a young age then in 2020 my mom had my younger brother. I used to do his hair and eventually I said I’m going to start taking appointments and building my skills.
What is your vision for the future of your business?
I want to be in a shop and quit my job and be a full time stylist while I’m in school. Once I graduate I want to do hair as a side hustle in my own shop.
What goals do you hope the One and All program will help you achieve?
Marketing skills, skills to build my clientele and just anything you all are willing to teach me.
