What inspired you to start a business?
My inspiration to start GrowthMindset stemmed from my decade-long experience as an educator. Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand the gaps that exist between home and the classroom, and the impact these gaps have on scholars learning and development. This realization fueled my passion to create a business that could address these challenges more effectively.
I envisioned a venture that would not only provide educational services but also foster real-world learning experiences, bridging the divide between academic theory and practical application. My goal is to empower families and educators with the tools and resources they need to achieve their educational goals. By starting GrowthMinds business, I aim to influence positive change and contribute to a more effective and inclusive education system.
What is your vision for the future of your business?
My vision for the future of GrowthMindset is to create a transformative educational platform that bridges the gap between home and the classroom, providing families with enriching, real-world learning experiences. Our aim is to develop innovative programs and resources that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
In the long term, I see GrowthMindset expanding its reach, collaborating with schools and communities nationwide to implement effective educational strategies. We aspire to be at the forefront of education reform, advocating for policies that enhance the quality of education and make it more accessible to all students.
