One & All

Inclusive Entrepreneurship for the Lansing Region

One & All is a free ten week program that helps people start or grow a small business. It’s built for folks who haven’t always had access to business support, tools, or a professional network. The program blends online learning, coaching, and practical help from local experts.

Whether you’re shaping a new idea or working to strengthen a young business, One & All gives you the structure and guidance to take meaningful next steps.

Who is One & All For?

One & All welcomes anyone in the idea or early startup stage. You might be:

  • Working on a business idea
  • Running a side hustle you want to make official
  • Within your first two years of business
  • Looking for clear guidance on business planning, finances, or marketing
  • Hoping to connect with a supportive community

While the program is open to everyone, we are especially committed to reducing barriers for people who have historically faced inequities in business ownership. This includes BIPOC entrepreneurs, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, immigrants and refugees, military veterans, youth and older adults, and people who were formerly incarcerated.
