Uncle John’s Cider Mill

Not only is it extremely fun to visit in the fall, the cider taproom is a great hangout space when you’re trying to warm up and enjoy a local cider.

Potter Park Zoo

I have been going to Potter Park since I was a kid and am fortunate to live in close distance to the Potter Park Zoo. I’ve really enjoyed attending the zoo in the warmer months and in the winter when they have special events. The Red Panda exhibit is my favorite!

Lansing River Trail

Lansing River Trail is an awesome way to get outside and enjoy the nature in Lansing. I’ve seen a ton of wildlife while walking on the river trail and love to see the seasons change.

Horrocks Beer Garden

They have an awesome vibe in their beer garden, especially in the summer. They often host live bands and it is great to have the greenery around while enjoying arguably the best pizza around.
