Aurora Lemieux-Mckissic (she/her) is the Small Business Programs Coordinator at LEAP, where she supports the development and delivery of entrepreneurial programs that help small business owners across the Lansing region grow and thrive. Her work includes coordinating and supporting initiatives such as One and All, The Hatching, Elevate, Ascend, and several new programs currently in development.

Aurora graduated early from Everett High School in 2021 and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management through the 3+1 program at Lansing Community College and Northwood University, with an expected graduation in 2026. She brings experience in customer service, HR, and project management, and is a proud alum of LEAP’s One and All business accelerator, Cohort 9.

Aurora was recently named one of the Lansing Chamber of Commerce’s 10 Over the Next 10 and is passionate about uplifting underrepresented communities and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

When she isn’t working or doing homework, Aurora enjoys yoga, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
