Devon Pingel serves as the Economic Development Manager for Clinton County at the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP). He is dedicated to advancing sustainable growth, supporting local entrepreneurs, and strengthening the region’s economic competitiveness. Devon works closely with municipal leaders, private-sector partners, and community organizations to drive investment, retain businesses, and create new opportunities throughout Clinton County.

Prior to joining LEAP, Devon led a team at Goldschmitt and Associates on the SBA CARES project, supporting small businesses through pandemic-related challenges. A Lapeer, Michigan native and former state champion wrestler, Devon studied Accounting and Finance at Cleveland State University before earning his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Adrian College, where he was recognized as an All-American athlete.

Devon brings a strong sense of community, leadership, and drive to his role—and is excited to continue creating positive impact across Clinton County and the greater Lansing region.
