Dillon Rush is the Senior Director of Regional Growth at LEAP, where he supports business attraction, retention, and expansion across the Lansing region. In this role, he administers a range of economic development programs designed to drive investment growth and community vitality.

After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2017, Dillon began his career leading CharlotteRising, a Main Street nonprofit focused on revitalizing his hometown’s downtown. He joined LEAP in 2018 as Tri-County Development & Placemaking Manager, a position he held until 2023 before moving to southeast Michigan to serve as Business Development Manager for Wayne County. Dillon returned to the Lansing region and rejoined LEAP in July 2025.

Raised in Charlotte, just south of Michigan’s capital, and an alumnus of Lansing Catholic High School, Dillon is deeply connected to the region he serves. Outside of work, he is an unworthy husband to his beautiful wife, an overjoyed father of two, and a professional at stroke and distance on the links.
