Kait Bibb (she/her) is the Marketing Coordinator for LEAP’s Small Business & Innovation Department, where she supports programs through creative marketing, content, and design. Her work focuses on telling the stories of local entrepreneurs and making resources easier to find, understand, and use.

A Michigan native, Kait fell in love with Lansing as the perfect “little big town” and has called it home for more than a decade. With a background in small business ownership and digital marketing, she brings a grounded, people-first perspective to her work and enjoys helping businesses grow without losing what makes them unique. As a small business owner herself, she finds this work deeply personal and values the chance to support other entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses.

Outside of work, Kait enjoys family time, gardening, life with a full house of animals, and slow moments outdoors with a cup of coffee on her front porch.
