As the Digital Marketing and Communications Director at LEAP, Jessica leads the organization's Marketing strategy, focusing on developing internal and external marketing communication strategies. Her responsibilities include updating the organization's website, overseeing social media strategy and content creation, managing digital advertising, and handling email communications. Jessica is dedicated to aligning these efforts with LEAP's mission and organizational goals, aiming to increase brand awareness, revenue, and overall impact.

Residing in Lansing, Jessica is committed to witnessing the region's prosperity. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting, biking, walking her dog, photography, and discovering the latest food spots in Michigan.
