Employer Resources
Child care is workforce infrastructure—and you play a vital role.
Resources for Employers
Access to child care directly impacts employee recruitment, retention, and productivity. When families can’t find care, businesses lose workers, communities lose economic momentum, and children lose opportunities to thrive.
That’s why the Capital Area Child Care Coalition (CACCC) brings together businesses, economic development leaders, providers, and parents to create local solutions that work for everyone.
Strengthening Families and the Workforce in Our Region
When families can’t find reliable care, they miss work, reduce hours, or leave their jobs—impacting business operations across Michigan.
