Jazmin Anderson (she/her) serves as the Director of Equitable Economic Development at LEAP in the Department of Equitable Economic Planning (DEEP). She manages programs like One and All and Elevate, nurtures entrepreneurs, and fosters connections with partners to champion equity!
A native of Lansing, Jazmin’s roots are deeply embedded in the city, having grown up on the Southside and graduated from Everett High School. Her professional journey has encompassed a diverse range of roles in program management, operations, and communications. She comes with her love for the region and her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion,
When Jazmin’s not working you can find her hanging out with her family (probably at a community event), checking out local coffee shops, caring for her extensive collection of houseplants, or dancing on somebody’s dance floor.
