Jazmin Anderson
Director of Small Business & Equity Programs
Jazmin Anderson (she/her) serves as the Director of Small Business & Equity Programs at LEAP. She leads the department’s portfolio of entrepreneurship programs, guiding a team dedicated to helping small businesses and entrepreneurs launch, grow, and thrive across the region. Jazmin is passionate about building programs and experiences that go beyond logistics, creating meaningful, intentional support for entrepreneurs at every stage, and fostering connections with partners across the community.
A native of Lansing, Jazmin’s roots are deeply embedded in the city, having grown up on the Southside and graduated from Everett High School. Her professional journey has encompassed a diverse range of roles in program management, operations, and communications. She brings her love for the region and her commitment to community and connection to everything she does.
When Jazmin’s not working you can find her hanging out with her family (probably at a community event), checking out local coffee shops, caring for her extensive collection of houseplants, junk journaling, filming TikToks, hosting community events of her own, or dancing on somebody’s dance floor.
