Media Release

By participating in LEAP programming, you (“Participant”) grant the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (“LEAP”), its affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives the unrestricted right and permission to photograph, video record, film, or otherwise capture your image, voice, likeness, name, and/or statements (collectively, “Media”) during your participation in this program. 

You understand and agree that: 

• This Media may be used, reproduced, published, and distributed by LEAP in any manner or medium, now known or later developed, for lawful purposes including but not limited to marketing, promotional materials, public relations, social media, educational content, and archival use. 

• You will not receive additional compensation for the use of this Media. 

• You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of the Media. 

• You release LEAP and its representatives from any claims, demands, or liability related to the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity. 

This release is binding on you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
