Dymaxion Development Completes Renovation at 3366 Remy Dr., Signs ABC Supply Co. as Tenant

Redevelopment Project Supported by Lansing Regional Site Readiness Grant Program

LANSING, Mich. — (May 27, 2026) — Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) and Dymaxion Development are proud to announce the completion of renovations at 3366 Remy Drive in Lansing and the signing of national building materials wholesaler, ABC Supply Co., as tenant. The project was supported in part by a $125,000 grant through LEAP’s Lansing Regional Site Readiness (LRSR) Grant Program, powered by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s (MEDC) Strategic Site Readiness Program (SSRP).

The redevelopment of the 65,000-square-foot industrial facility marks a significant reinvestment in Lansing’s building inventory and demonstrates the power of targeted site readiness funding to transform underutilized properties into productive economic assets.

Following the initial acquisition of the property in October 2024, Dymaxion Development immediately commenced a comprehensive renovation of the building. Improvements included a fresh exterior paint job, new interior and exterior concrete slabs and sidewalks, new HVAC systems throughout the warehouse, LED warehouse lighting, asphalt sealcoating, landscaping, a new storefront door assembly, and updated building signage. The result is a modernized, market-ready facility capable of supporting the operational needs of a national-scale tenant.

ABC Supply will retain its existing 12 associates and with the new space’s ability to add additional product lines, they hope to add 10-15 additional positions in the next 3-5 years. Additionally, ABC Supply’s prior location will be filled by sister company ABC Interiors creating 10-12 jobs immediately.

ABC Supply Co. is one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors of roofing, windows, siding, and other building products, and has signed on as the building’s new tenant.

“ABC Supply Co.’s expansion into this newly renovated building shows how important proactive measures are for creating a welcoming and business-ready environment,” said Bob Trezise, LEAP president and CEO. “The Lansing Regional Site Readiness (LRSR) Grant Program is designed specifically for these types of business attraction and expansion opportunities. Thank you to MEDC for helping create this opportunity and Dymaxion Development for taking the initiative and business risk in the renovation investment.”

“ABC Supply was an excellent partner from site selection through opening day. Their team was clear about their requirements, decisive when decisions had to be made, and rigorous about the details that matter to a national distributor of their scale.” said Jeff Deehan, Principal of Dymaxion Development. “Working with a counterparty that knows exactly what it needs makes a project like 3366 Remy come together as it should. The new branch gives ABC Supply significantly more capacity and a better operational footprint than their previous Lansing location, meaning better service for the professional contractors they supply across Mid-Michigan. We’re glad to see them open, and we hope to work with them again.”

The LRSR Grant Program was tailored to propel economic growth by identifying, evaluating, and enhancing prime real estate sites for economic development opportunities. The program was available within LEAP’s tri-county area encompassing Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties, allocating a total of $1.2 million across a competitive selection of site readiness projects. Eligible uses include real estate assembly and optioning, environmental and due diligence assessments, and infrastructure planning.

LEAP is proud to celebrate this milestone alongside Dymaxion Development, ABC Supply Co., and the City of Lansing, and looks forward to the lasting impact this investment will have on the region’s industrial base and workforce.
