- The applicant must reside in Ingham, Eaton, or Clinton County.
- Be 18 years or older.
- Applicants must have at least one niche, area of authority, or subject matter expertise to build personal brands around. Niche cannot promote drugs, sexual content curation, politics, or anything illegal.
- Applicants should have a basic understanding of how to use social media platforms.
