About Bruce
My name is Bruce Hiền-Minh Le. Opening a restaurant has always been a business idea my wife and I wanted to venture into but the timing was never right. A year later here we are.
To get to where we are today took lots of sacrifices and hard work. Not to mention the constant support from family members.
We think the location is great for the niche of cuisine we’ve introduced to the area. Before COVID-19, we were doing great with tremendous growth in a very short time. We can see there’s great potential for us in this great community.
After successfully completing this program I hope to gain the knowledge and resources to promote and strengthen the foundation of my restaurant in this community.
