Program Manager – Small Business Support Hubs – Grant Funded Contract Role
The Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) is seeking a dynamic, creative, passionate and experienced program/project manager to join one of the top economic development organizations in the nation to support the Lansing Regional SmartZone (LRSZ) programming needs of LEAP’s Small Business and Innovation Department (SB&I). 

As a key member of LEAP’s SB&I team, this position serves as a strategic facilitator and convener for tech entrepreneurship in the Lansing region. The focus of this position overseeing the operations of the Joint Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA) which is a publicly appointed board where this person will work to ensure transparency, collaboration, and effective communication among key stakeholders and organizations. Additionally, this role will focus on managing and deploying impactful, high-quality programs to achieve regional economic growth goals.

Program Manager – Gateway – Grant Funded Contract Role
The Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) is seeking a dynamic, creative, passionate and experienced program/project manager to join one of our managed programs which will support the High-Tech/High-Growth Community in the Greater Lansing Region as part of LEAP’s Small Business and Innovation Department (SB&I).

As a key member of Gateway Program, this role serves as a strategic program manager in the Lansing region. This role focuses on supporting the Lansing Regional SmartZone operations through the execution of duties as the Gateway Program Manager. The Gateway Representative program is funded by the Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF) and is managed by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) Entrepreneurship and Innovation division.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of commitment and teamwork, a deep understanding of project management, budget management, relevant professional experience such as client relationship management, a willingness to manage and engage multiple stakeholders, as well as a diverse world outlook and desire to help change and impact the Lansing region with profound passion and vision.
