I am Felineece Foreman, licensed cosmetologist,  salon owner, and salon suites business owner. I started my journey in the beauty and wellness profession at the tender age of 11 and have operated in this industry ever sense. My experience as a beauty professional having worked in more than one salon setting with several other stylists wasn’t always the best which led me to open my own salon at the age of 23, only two years after being licensed. in my experience, there wasn’t a real sense of community or like mindedness amongst everyone. There was no opportunity for mentorship or elevation without trial and error and that’s what I’d like to prevent for my beauty and wellness professionals in my establishment. All About U Suites was created, so creative, have a place to not only house their business in a luxury environment at an affordable rate, but also to have the opportunity to network and grow with other people in their respective fields.

What inspired you to start a business?

I was inspired to start my business because of my past experience in salon settings as a Beauty professional. I always had a desire to learn more and grow more, work smarter not harder. That wasn’t exactly my experience so I decided to create, what I needed at a earlier time in my life, right now, for other people professionals that work in my establishment.
