About JP
At Triterra, I integrate the vision of the company with operational leaders. I also oversee the company’s business development efforts and work with staff on a variety of projects. My favorite parts of working at Triterra are the people and the freedom to be who I want to be.
I live on a family farm that has been in my family over 150 years in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. We raised black angus cattle and grew wheat, corn and soybeans. I remember I could not wait to leave the farm and go off to college. After spending four years in Holland, Michigan I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Hope College. Next thing I knew, I could not wait to come home to the farm, which is where I currently live. I also managed to find a wife that would live with me in the country. God bless her!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. Our kids keep us busy with sporting events. When we find time, we enjoy golfing and traveling.
