What is your business/idea?
K. Dail & Associates LLC is a training and doing business that works with human service agencies to increase their capacity to do good. Our expertise is in substance abuse prevention, but we can accommodate most people-serving agency requests.
What inspired you to start a business?
Hanging out at the Fledge and listening to Jerry Norris help people “Sponsor Yourself” over the years.
How did you get to the point you are today with this business/idea?
30 years of learning and doing in the substance abuse prevention field and technical assistance from Organizing Together and the Fledge.
What is your vision for the future of your business?
Have a stable income helping communities throughout Michigan and beyond make their homes a happy, healthier place. I would envision having access to several different trainers and coaches to meet the needs of these clients.
What goals do you hope the One and All program will help you achieve?
Solidify the structure of my business. There are a LOT of plates in the air at any given time and I need to know how to spin them and which ones are not necessary to hold on to.
