Meet Brinston Ladd, our new Inclusive Tech Ambassador (ITA) for the Lansing Regional SmartZone (LRSZ). Brinston is dedicated to creating a more inclusive tech environment, fostering connections between LRSZ, partner organizations, and underrepresented tech communities. As an ITA, Brinston is a bridge builder, helping diverse groups access SmartZone resources. He collaborates closely with key stakeholders to champion inclusivity in tech. With Brinston on board, LRSZ is set to be a hub for diverse tech innovation in Lansing.
