Richard Enty currently serves as the Economic Development Manager within LEAP's Regional Growth Department and specializes in driving economic advancement in the Ingham County area. With over 5 years of experience in banking and small business support, he effectively collaborates with businesses and organizations across the tri-county region.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University. Before joining LEAP, he dedicated most of his career to serving on the Small Business Banking team at PNC Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he completed the prestigious ACCEL Retail Development Program.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Richard is deeply immersed in the volleyball community. Since 2017, he has served as a volleyball coach at both the high school and collegiate club levels, receiving an award for Coach of the Year for Division 2 in 2022. Notably, Richard has taken on the role of organizing volleyball events for the Ohio Valley Region within the Midwest Intercollegiate Volleyball Association, fostering growth and engagement in club volleyball across the Midwest.

Outside his commitments at LEAP, Richard enjoys indulging his passion for outdoor activities, including kayaking and fishing. When he's not on the volleyball court or exploring the Lansing region, you'll likely find him enjoying the tranquility of nature or seeking new adventures.
